Commercial & Property Coordinator
Job description
The role is a hybrid role combining several diminishing legacy activities and maternity cover. The role will be a key coordinator / support role for the Commercial Agreements & Property team, which is part of the Directorate leading in handing over the project to TWUL and will become the key focus of the project now that construction works are ramping down
from their peak.
Nominal split is 50% Handback Co-ordinator, 25% Compensation, 25% Third Party Cost Coordination.
Compensation:
Administering and implementing all enquiries and approved applications in a fair and efficient manner
Handback Co-ordinator:
Administering and co-ordinating all activities to support the Land Handback programme. Managing the flow of documents and checks through established processes. Strong co-ordination with TIG / TWUL and third parties required
Third Party Costs:
Facilitating and administering the Third-Party Costs repayment process (inc. owners engineer interface)
Responsibilities:
Compensation:
• Work with the Independent Compensation Panel regarding applications and claims.
• Liaise with residents in implementing ICP awards including rehousing, mitigation, respite and payments of compensation.
• Assist Senior Manager, Property in management of the ICC, ICP and IAS
Land Handback:
• Liaise with TWUL on actions and updates related to handback ensuring timely responses and closure
• Administering property trackers and approvals related to retained works and tracking of TWUL activities for handback and Acquisition and Lease workstreams
• Creating templates, forms and documents
• Co-ordinate third party stakeholder engagement and drafting presentation content, agendas and action logs for meetings
• Co-ordinate with Site Teams and other departments as required to provide handback information and updates
• Co-ordinate supplier delivery of contracts with WSP, LSH and CBRE and associated payment activities
• Diary management and organisation of meetings
Third Party Costs:
• Administering TPC processes, reporting, POs / payments, liaising with stakeholders / delivery teams, owners engineer coordination
