Reporting and Analysis Manager

The Thames Tideway Tunnel will be a major new sewer to prevent the tens of millions of tonnes of untreated sewage which discharge into the tidal River Thames every year. It is one of the largest construction projects of its type in Europe. The project involves construction at 24 sites across London delivered by 3 separate joint venture companies and is 60% complete.
At this key stage in the project we are reorganising our resources to establish a new Programme Management Office team to monitor and report on the progress of the works against our target schedule and cost plans.
We are currently seeking to appoint a Reporting and Analysis Manager who will report to the Head of the Programme Management Office and will manage several other members of the team.The Reporting and Analysis Manager will manage the consolidation and analysis of all cost, change, risk, schedule and quality reporting for the Tideway Board and Liaison Committee together with the timely production of performance management reports and presentations for a number of other forums.
Key responsibilities include:• oversight and management of controls reporting• monitoring and analysing of controls data outputs• delivering the monthly and quarterly performance management reports for all forums• assuring the provision of a robust and coherent narrative• continuing the development of BI tools to improve reporting efficiency and automation.
The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role within a professional office environment. They will be able to show how they have delivered high standard reporting and analysis on major infrastructure programmes within the construction or engineering industry. They will need to demonstrate experience of proactive stakeholder management, setting reporting requirements and delivering complex information in clear and simple formats
